I loved that they invited me to the shop and were so kind to let me get an extra charm after I already ordered my bracelet! It is my favorite piece of jewelry right now. A charm with the Olympics and year that I worked plus an Eiffel Tower charm! Can't wait to get order another charm when I get to Milan in 2026, but will definitely be ordering other pieces from them sooner! Fantastic business and people! Made a great Olympic trip even better! Review collected by a third partyProduct was lost in transit, poor customer service resolving the issue and slow responses, eventually I was referred to management who refunded me for the item. Edit: after reading other 1 star reviews this seems to be a common theme. Perhaps review your procedures, it's really not acceptable to wait around for orders whilst you do your searches. I've had lost orders from other companies before and they normally just refund or resend which is what I would expect.

Review collected by a third partyThis will only work if you have five initials. I had four and you randomly assigned a letter to make it larger than the rest which looked horrific. Then I was left with a smaller random plain circle. Honestly looked dreadful. I asked for help and was responded to by Astrid who was both extremely unhelpful and rude. I’ve had to pay for a jeweller to remove parts of the bracelet. I will never use this company ever again.

I have yet to give it to her as her birthday is in two weeks, but the necklace is absolutely beautiful. It was shipped in a timely fashion and is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely purchase from Merci Maman again!

Review collected by a third partyMy order never arrived! The order was posted out and I followed the Royal Mail tracking and it just kept saying 'waiting to receive the parcel from sender'. I've contacted customer services numerous times and they keep asking me to be patient etc etc but it's been a month now, no necklace and no refund. It's terrible service and I'm so disappointed as i've used this company a lot previously and their jewellery is fantastic but this service is just not good enough. It's up to them to sort out issues at their end with post, not for the customer to 'wait and see' if the order ever arrives meanwhile I'm out of pocket and don't have the gift that I ordered.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered my item 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I used the whatsapp service twice to ask for help and heard nothing back despite my messages being read. I sent an email and also no reply from this. Customer service clearly isn’t their thing.

Review collected by a third partyI placed my order 21 days ago, but am yet to receive it. Apparently it got lost and didn’t get to the courier. It has not yet been found, and as yet they have not authorised for another to be sent. I had no gift to give my friend on her birthday. I’m very disappointed in the service provided.

Review collected by a third partyI really liked the website but I was so disappointed at how faint the engraving is - I really had to look to find the lettering. I was giving this as a gift and had to point it out the personalisation to the person I was giving it to.
