Review collected by a third partyI brought a pendant from them and upon receipt realised I had ordered gold instead of silver, the item is not personalised and the website says as it’s not personalised I can return it. I immediately tried to contact them by phone, text and email I have not had an answer at all, they are impossible to contact. I would not recommend buying from them as their customer support is non existent.

Review collected by a third partyI have spent a lot of money with this company and have been happy up until now. The £169 gold chain name bracelet/diamanté clasp/3charms I purchased kept coming undone whilst I was wearing it. They offered a new clasp, which I agreed to, but when they said I would still need to check regularly whilst wearing it, I decided I didn’t want to take the risk of losing it. They said they are introducing a new design for a clasp - clearly a fault then. They offered different bracelets or a refund on the chain and clasp - but not the charms that come as the set! I don’t want a different design, neither do I have any use for the 3 charms without the bracelet. Consumer protection says there should be a full refund of all parts if the bracelet is faulty, which it is. I have now given up but will not use them again. The reason I decided I did not want the second clasp was because I was told I would still have to keep checking it whilst wearing it!! I don’t have to do that with any other item of jewellery I own.

Review collected by a third partyI ordered this very sentimental gift of a personalised necklace to represent a miscarriage. The item never arrived and I was told to wait a week before they could resend. That was fine, it never arrived so I let them know. They said they would replace the item but it would take until the end of the week to get a replacement out. I did wonder why they didn’t make it a priority!? This time frame has now passed and I’ve had no notice of a replacement having been sent. They are also now not returning my emails. I feel so sad as have always loved Merci Maman and have ordered several items from them, but this is unacceptable. I have nothing to show from the money I spent on a very sentimental item and feel really let down by them not dealing with this in a timely manor (if at all at this point)-it has been 20 days since ordering! ***I am updating this since the response below is inaccurate, I have sent evidence of THREE emails that have not been responded to. I was not told that there was no stock available of the item.

Review collected by a third partyMy husband bought me the duchess necklace after the birth of our first child. It was beautiful but I was suspicious immediately because there were no hallmark markings anywhere in the necklace. I barely wore it at first as my baby like to grab hold of it. The necklace began to oxidise fairly early on which was disappointing. Following the birth of our second he purchased another plate to add to the necklace and I started to wear it most days. The chain has now oxidised to the extent that it leaves green around the entirety of my neck. I literally look like I've been strangled. For something that has now cost £200 in total I'd expect real gold, not fake costume jewellery that leaves green behind.
