Review collected by a third partyI bought the personalised mini crystal star necklace as a gift for someone and it is lovely! The personalised engraving I requested on the back is perfect and I like that you can choose the length of chain that suits you best for the necklace. It was prepared and shipped very quickly even during the Christmas rush which was fantastic! The only issue we had with shipping (it was sent from the Paris workshop to Milan, Italy) is that not all of the shipping details I entered on the order were printed onto the shipping label, so it could not be delivered to my friend in Italy until she provided the delivery agent more name/residence information for the package. But other than that, I am really happy with this order!

Review collected by a third partyOh wish I could leave 0 stars. Been emailing Merci Maman since last year regarding an issue with two necklaces. One is tarnished, and bubbled and the response was ‘it’s your fault as the charm has scratched the chain’ why sell a necklace with multiple charms if they are going to just damage the product? Totally ignored the tarnishing of the ‘high quality gold’ Second necklace I spent £143 on a mini alphabet charm necklace with 4 initials. It’s unwearable as the 4 letters basically sit on top of each other, and cannot read the name Dani, absolutely ridiculous. Astrids suggestion to me was to add ‘knots’ to my necklace to space the letters out? Shocking customer service, I visited the Paris workshop and was so impressed and have been a loyal customer for years, and now the complete disregard and lack of integrity of honouring a 2 year warranty is honestly astounding. Don’t offer a warranting you are always just going to blame the customer.

Review collected by a third partyI contacted this amazing company to ask for something unusual to be engraved; nothing was too much trouble. & how nice to actually be able to converse with a lovely human rather than be stressed out trying to contact a robot / wait for days for a reply. I had an immediate response via WhatsApp at arguably their busiest time of year. And when the necklace arrived in two days - WOW. Totally gorgeous. My best friend loves it & it’s a forever piece. So thank you Merci Maman for being awesome.
