Not impressed this time. Contrasting information as how to return product. Website tells you to return to any post office whareas your emails ask to contact DHL. There is no return envelopes in the package and no return address documents . Previously with HERMES all this was simpler. Documents and envelopes were provided and I was able to return package through my local Post Office. I cannot print return documents as my printer has suddenly broken down and I do not know if I can get it repaired within the 30 days required to return product.
