Verified reviewI give such a low score due to not receiving my items. Lacoste warehouse seemingly “lost” the items and I received a refund. I received this refund without any notification from Lacoste that my items weren’t to be delivered. Again, the refund was given with zero notification I’ve purchased from the Lacoste site for over 20yrs and this transaction was awful. Customer assistance, customer satisfaction and your company procedure / communication.

Verified reviewI have never received the skirt yet you have taken £50 from my account. I have sent you an enquiry via your customer services but have not heard back. I am more than disappointed as I am going on my first golfing holiday tomorrrow. I am not the sort of person to rant on social media but this is making me feel like I should. An organisation such as Lacoste should be providing a top service yet, in the absence of the skirt, I ordered from sports direct and it has arrived in a timely fashion!!!!!
