I need to return two items, return solution of having DHL pick up is terrible. Royal Mail would be much better. It is a disadvantage of the Lacost brand.

Absolute joke. I never tbought you will treat customers like this. Chronopost hast to loose contract. Express delivery? Waiting 2 weeks, and did not received items yet, and you dare to ask how well they fit on me? This is a joke right? I think that crossed it all, and i will call and demend refund. Shocking. Arogant.
