I am definitely not satisfied with what happened with my order number 47262097. Unfortunately the two Polo shirts were small to my children. I went to Lacost shop at 182, Regent street, London on 17th December for exhange. The manager said he couldn’t exchange, but request a refund for me. I accepted and I left the shirts with him. I’ve been waiting for the refund until now. I wrote for Lacost customer service, but I haven’t get any answer I do not recommend this shop!
