Even though my order suffered a slight delay by the carrier due to recent storm Floris in the UK, Lacoste's friendly customer service was prompt to respond and sort the issue with delivery still taking place within a week from ordering. Also, unlike other businesses for which some areas of the UK mainland seem to magically belong to the ‘Kingdom of Oz’ (and for which they apply extortionate, unjustified delivery charges), Lacoste does not charge you extra if you live in a remote area like the Scottish Highlands. Their ‘UK Mainland’ policy means the actual UK mainland; full stop. No postcode lottery here. Very satisfied with them. Will buy again with confidence.
