Haven’t had the best ordering/delivery and customer service call experience with Lacoste although I love the products. Delivery was redirected back to Lacoste although I was in. Staff was rude when I called and sent me to Battersea store to rectify matter and she checked for the wrong item. Never received an online order confirmation, was told I would had to call back up for it. Then spent over £150 to receive the free towel the order was processed late so the towel was not sent. The whole reason I spent money. The free gift on an order couldn’t be added as stock wasn’t there called up and they said it had sent. But over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. Ridiculous service. In the space of one week I called about 5/6 times.

The items I've ordered on line, direct from Lacoste are of good quality. I've ordered several Polo shirts and sweatshirts knitwear, over the last couple of months, and only found one item, where the size description wasn't entirely accurate. But that was returned with out extra cost and I replaced it with the next size down. I would recommend customers pay more attention to actual Body size in the size chart/guide, rather than the product size
