Verified reviewClothing is nice but customer service is non-existent. The polo was sent with the electronic tag still attached! Tried ringing the customer service line and it said on consecutive days that due to ‘exceptional reasons’ it was closed. I twice emailed and have never received a reply. My husband was forced to use pliers to remove the tag. The polo was purchased for our holiday. Without him having risked removal, the top would be utterly unwearable! Wouldn’t purchase direct from the website again.
