I somehow booked the wrong time and when I tried to change the ticket I put in what I thought was the ticket code. The code was I97ZXF. I read it as 197. After 3 tries it timed me out and I had to buy another ticket. You should change your font to something that is clear without confusion

The app didm't work so I gas forced to use the computer. The computer has one client account and the app uses another account. There was no way to combine the two. I called, a paywall, and was given an incorrect email address to try to resolve the issue. The page would not close without me writing a comment. Few seats available; no senior discount for out going trip. Hopefully on time.
