Verified reviewEverything great, except, there is no train seat map showing windows position! I had to search for ''Italo EVO seat map'' on seat61.com to check if I'm sitting next to a window or a wall. Also, I barely found which type of train (AVG or EVO) I'm gonna be on after looking at the interior. Please, please change that! :)

Verified reviewThere appears to be no way to upload my tickets into the Italo phone application. I can pull them up manually, but can not see them without remembering the reservation confirmation number.

The only glich is that the ticketing site does not work from my home internet so I had to use the internet at a friend's home. Chatgpt says it may be a problem with the site not allowing certain IP's access to prevent bot access. Anyways, it would be great if that problem can be resolved to prevent others from the same experience.
