Thank you for your reply. I'd just like to point out that it's the advertised lead times that I find too long. Best regards, Christian Compard

packaging and delivery not worthy of the price paid 1st delivery: 2 broken corners on a table top (insufficient packaging protection) 2nd delivery: after having repaid a delivery: shock mark on one side of the table top, I gave up on returns***

Dear customer, We would like to thank you for your comment, even if it is not favorable to us. We are open to criticism. We are not aware of any transport damage on your second delivery which, according to our information, was accepted without reservations. For your first delivery, although you had not expressed any reservations upon receipt, we offered to remake the tray for you at our expense: 250€ ttc, asking you only for a small transport contribution of 28.19e ttc. Unfortunately, this effort did not meet with your approval, which we deeply regret. On the subject of packaging, several months ago we decided to replace as much non-recyclable plastic packaging as possible with custom-made cardboard packaging. This type of packaging has largely proved its worth, but in rare cases careless or unintentional handling can still cause damage to products. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as zero risk, and to err is human... We hope you enjoy your tray, despite these events, and remain yours sincerely, dear customer.

So I have to say that if I'd had the chance, I'd have given it 10 stars. Deadline respected, perfect product, perfect packaging. It's a pleasure these days to see that.***

I'm very pleased with the oak table top I ordered from ilicut, it looks wonderful. Tracking the delivery was complicated, I finally had to collect the parcel myself, but I recommend it for the quality of the product.***

Excellent from order to delivery, quality wood, well finished, 2 or 3 light scratches but really light after varnishing, you really have to look to see it. Impeccable delivery with Mazet carrier. Not cheap, but the price of quality.***
