Verified reviewThe ilicut team went above and beyond during our purchase. There was an issue with the last mile delivery company and with one of the panels we ordered. ilicut were quick to offer a satisfactory resolution to rectify the issues and made the process hassle free. We well use ilicut again in the future for such purchases and highly recommend them to anyone requiring services/products offered by ilicut. Once again, thank you

Verified reviewThe choice is not natural. But rather rustic with knots and sapwood which gives a very chamoised appearance, a pity for use in furnishings....😢***
Reply from Ilicut.com
Dear customer, we'd like to thank you for your comment, even if it's not very complimentary and unjustified. Your alder shelves are indeed of "natural" quality, the specifications of which are detailed in the "technical data" tab on the product page. Here's what's specified on our site for sides A and B: Light grey colorations, possible presence of small healthy knots < or = 1.5cm in small quantities, whether or not masked before sanding. The difference between "nature" and "rustic" lies in the product's manufacturing method, since our "rustic" choice panels are made of "continuous strips", while the "nature" choices are glued laminated.
