The order went well but the delivery was catastrophic, the deliveryman didn't want to move the order 5 metres to bring it into the property, he left it on the sidewalk. My wife was alone that day, the order was 41kg, she had to call a colleague at work to bring the parcel in. Change deliveryman.....***

All the ILLICUT service is very good except for the delivery company. No respect for deadlines, impossible to know where the parcel is. A nightmare.***

The cursor for dimensions is impractical, and typing in the boxes doesn't always work very well. The site bugs at times***

Order on time. The site is fine. The delivery, on the other hand, was just dropped off in front of the building without taking the time to help you or, worse still, to check your order. And again, I think that if I didn't go downstairs, we couldn't talk into the intercom, the delivery man was leaving the parcel anyway! Fortunately, a neighbor helped me get the package into the elevator!***
