Verified reviewBad experience regarding the fact that I was asked to add bittles to optimise transport costs, Which then translated into a new order being created and I had to pay the transport costs again.

Verified reviewEverything went nice and smoth. Have though one minor complaint. The different e-mails telling me where the parcel was on its way to me was in French and I don't speak French. I also think they sent too many messages. I'm not interested to read that the parcel is now in the Netherlands and the day after it is in Denmark.....
