Verified reviewThe order was placed on 9/26 and I still haven't received the purchased items. Based on the tracking number provided by the company, the parcels have been stuck in Germany since 10/11. When I contacted the company, the reply was always the same: The order would be shipped to Germany and then waiting to be shipped to customer's address... It never explained why the order got stuck in Germany for so long... I now wonder if I will ever receive my order?
