Verified reviewI am baffled about the current situation, with the delivery being much later than expected, taxes being charged twice for one order, and some of the items I purchased not arriving. I'm also very disappointed that I spent such a long time checking for your mistakes at midnight.

Verified reviewTimely and accurate delivery, great customer service and excellent wine selection. The only negative was that the website is far from user-friendly. Unnecessarily placing orders without payment and then having to cancel by emailing. In general, the website could use some improvement.
