Verified reviewAlways well packaged, good delivery. The website is easy to use when it comes to organise grouped delivery and optimise delivery costs. The main negagtive point is that one month free storage for before you have to proceed to the grouped delivery is rather short given the fact that it is a bidding website.

Verified reviewiDeal Wine is good - until you need the customer service. Customer Service is horrible! I will give an example: I was delivered a wrong bottle (wrong vintage, wrong wine). It is also at a lower price point, according to the wineries webshop. After giving note about the faulty delivery, I was explained that the delivered wine would be more expensive (which is simply wrong) and asked to keep the faulty wine. without further compensation or anything. At this point already I could not give more than one star. But it will get even more risiculous. After replying, that I avoid the vintage they were sending me and correcting the statement about the price point, you would guess that a customer service agent of a renowned company would make an appropriate offer. Instead, I was simply "corrected" that I was wrong about the price point (even though I delivered screenshots from the producers webshop) and thats it. We are still talking about a wrong delivery. About a bottle that I didnt order. And that the bottle I ordered, I didnt get. A very clear and obvious mistake on iDeal wine side ! At this point I still couldn' t believe my experience. In the next step they offered me to send a return label , so I will send the wrong bottle back to them. You would guess that at this point they would offer me to keep the wrong bottle, AND reimburse me for the price I paid. And we are not talking about a 200 Euro bottle. We are talking about a 20 Euro bottle ! But now iDeal Wine insists that I send back the bottle, and only after they receive it I will be reimbursed the purchase price. No further actions. And the bottle I originally ordered? I will most likely not get it. Which is a contract violation from iDeal Wine side. No, to conclude the matter. I am not a first time customer, in the opposite, I guess I could be concidered a very valuable customer. I am still waiting for a proper solution to my case, but the communication so far justifies 1 star easily.
