Verified reviewI purchased two bottles of Corton Grand Cru 2002 through iDealwine at auction. The bottles were subsequently lost in the company's warehouse prior to delivery. I was not informed of this proactively. I only discovered the situation upon my own enquiry. iDealwine's response was to offer a refund limited to the auction price paid, without any engagement with the question of replacement value or any goodwill gesture. Despite several written exchanges in which I set out my position in detail, the company did not substantively address the arguments raised and provided no concrete settlement proposal. The customer service correspondence was courteous in tone but ultimately unresponsive in substance. I would caution prospective buyers to be aware of how losses are handled by this platform before making a purchase.

Verified reviewI think IW should improve the calculation of the shipping cost: sometimes, the website tells you that (for instance) if you add 4 bottles you wouls optimize them. So, you buy the 4 bottles and then, magically, you are told that you could buy other ten bottles at the same cost. All other features are excellent
