Verified reviewI received wines with damaged labels (as if they were different from the ones I paid for), or even with the cork blown off. I asked for an explanation and waited for feedback. Nothing. It seems, and in fact is, a lack of involvement when the customer can't do more than that. So, on the surface, the business looks professional, hence my expectations.

Verified reviewI'm having a problem with the shipment of my order No.: 000924160 to the storage. I requested the shipment on May 20, I was informed it would take a maximum of two weeks, and so far it is still not available. However, I have already been charged for storage since May 27. Additionally, I made purchases to deliver to France and Portugal, and the homepage does not allow me to change the delivery address country. I have to either contact support or hire two separate deliveries, which increases my costs and takes more time.
