Verified reviewEasy of navigation, strong advance search capabilities. Range is always excellent with frequent updates. Process for local duties and taxes have also been recently enhanced which makes it more seamless. Would be good if there held more events in Singapore since I believe we have a sizable base of customers here.

Verified reviewA very easy to use (somewhat addictive) site to purchase and enjoy wines. As a new user and new collector, the auction has been extremely useful for finding great deals on birthday wines for my family. Packaging and shipping is excellent. Each bottle has its label plastic wrapped before being put in perfect fitting packaging. Great service!

Verified reviewUnfortunately, they use UPS as a carrier. In Austria, UPS is not suitable for wine deliveries. They put the box with wine into a delivery stand in broad sunlight without even attempting to deliver. Worst delivery company possible for sensitive shipments. Chronopost and then DPD would be much bettee, idealwine should establish a choice, I would happily bear the costs if it is more expensive than UPS.

Verified reviewI recently purchased three bottles of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2008 through iDealwine, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The bottles arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition and very carefully packaged. Shipping was fast, and the communication throughout the process was clear and professional. I have complete confidence in iDealwine’s expertise and authenticity checks, which is extremely important when buying fine and collectible wines. Everything was handled flawlessly from the auction to the delivery. I would definitely recommend iDealwine to anyone looking for rare and prestigious wines. I will certainly purchase from them again in the future.
