Fixed prices could be more competitive accross the board. No differentiation from any other on line retailer. Actually, other pn line retailers do offer very attractive discounts along the year. Idealwine fixed prices are even higher than some stores in the UK. Which makes no sense since Idealwine volumes and reprentation in the market is so great and they could have access and offer better prices. So my focus is on the auctions

Acquisto da anni, prevalentemente all'asta.

It's a very interesting platform for the sheer number of bottles available for sale, but I only use it for the occasional hard-to-find wine, because the commission costs are too high and because it's often unclear whether the price is per bottle or per lot, especially when they post photos showing two bottles. I always use it from an iPhone.
