Verified reviewWas slightly disappointed with a shipping incident I had with my order - for some reason if your account address is different to the address you put in your order it reverts back to it… without telling you. So instead of it being delivered to France it was delivered to Australia. After mentioning this to support I would have still had to pay for shipping to the new address and VAT which would have been an extra €300

Verified reviewMy complaint concerns the delivery of the wine purchased at two recent auctions. On both occasions, the carrier, FedEx, repeatedly sent me inaccurate estimates for delivery time and date. The deliveries didn't arrive on the correct date, and the messages from Fed Ex provided totally unreliable. The Fed Ex website provided no means to contact FedEx to obtain accurate information. The second delivery has not even arrived yet -- It was due last week but FedEx claimed there was nobody home, but both myself and my wife were at home at the stated time. The photo provided to "prove" attempted delivery was a picture of a different address. FedEx are a total shambles, and I will not buy wine from you again as long as you use them.

Verified reviewAfter some positive reviews this time I was very disappointed. Why? because I had a first bad premox experience with one bottle and that's ok, it may happen, I fully understand and it's part of the game...but when this is happening with 4 bottles in a row with an extimated value of over 800 euros, it means that when Idealwine is writing "Certified by an Expert Idealwine" the value of this words is zero. If a Customer is paying over 25% of rights to this organization, I think he's also paying for quality and, as I said, a black swan may happen to everyone, 4 in a row is unacceptable. Frankly speaking I do not think I will buy a single bottle of wine here anymore.
