Verified reviewDifficult to have answer from the customer service. They sponsorized 45 days of freestockage, I wrote to them but I payd as normal. I asked to send the pack on monday, they send it on thursday. This time, very bad service

Verified reviewShop is excellent. UPS as a carrier they use is not. Put the wine in a metal postbox in full sunlight with 35°C. Didn't even try to deliver it to my home. Use DPD or some other carrier. UPS is the worst here.
