Verified reviewThe costs are too much. If I won an auction, you are waitung for me to pick up the wine at your place. You don´t sent it automaticly to my place. I could not finda bottom on the wibside for shipping. Isent a few emails before some one helped me. It will be my last order from iDealwine.

Verified reviewThus far I was a satisfied customer but the last order was shipping with a major delay, causing it to be stored at an UPS facility over the weekend that could potentially damage the wines. I was in touch with the support team, but there were only promises and it seemed that had no real communication or control with the package center as all they promised me turned out to be false. I understand that there are fluctuations in the order volumne but they could have notified the customer prior to that to make arrangement on the shipping dates to avoid this.
