While there were no problems, the process to ship the bottles took several days, which then adding the transport time, took a good couple weeks. Any improvement on this would be appreciated for future buys.

Interface is nice, delivery went smoothly and I got the wines I bought via auction for a good price. However, while bidding I was unaware of the very high auction premium of nearly 26%, which completely offset the good price I was getting. They can be more transparant about this for first time bidders.

Customer service is great. The website sometimes feels a bit unintuitive to use (filtering through specific vintages, producers etc). However, auction integrity is top notch. I have recomended idealwine to frends. If only the shipping costs could get lowered... but what to do!
