Verified reviewMy latest order included several old bottles of Bordeaux; one arrived without the protective film for the label, and as a result, the label was practically pulverized—almost non-existent (only a couple of fragments, about 2 centimeters in size, remained intact, and even those had detached from the bottle). It was impossible to identify anything—the château, the vintage, etc. The label's condition had been described as "damaged in several places" at the time of purchase, yet it was still present and fully legible. I contacted customer support to ask about return or compensation policies, but I was offered only a voucher worth 10% of the bottle's value. I didn't push for anything more because I had bought the bottle solely for personal tasting, but I believe the damage exceeded 10% of the value—especially if I had purchased it for a collection or to serve to others. The damage was entirely the fault of the iDealwine team, so I expected a better compensation offer, or at least the option to return the item. If a problem like this happens again, I will insist on better compensation.
