Complete Desaster. I bought my ticket online. It was not possible to download the voucher. So the bus did not let me hop on. I asked for refund on my credit card but nobody by phone, by email, at the L3 metro office felt responsible and helped. Finally I payed a day Ticket that I was not able to use.

Everything was simple and clear, we really liked that online, we get a 10% discount! However, we really don't understand why there isn't an option in the mobille phone app, that would be more convenient. Also easier to use as we would get the tickets right after our purchase. Outside of that everything was great with the payment process, card accepted for the first time (unlike Park Güell, for example...).
