I wanted 4 separate Travel Cards (4x 3 days). Instead I got 1 QR-code. Not very clear on the site, that you can better select 1 ticket for 3 days and do this 4 times, so you get 4 separate codes.

The process is simple and clear. As an improvement: - It would be helpful to see the number of tickets I bought on the confirmation screen. - The email I received has “Info” as the sender name, it should be something like “Hola Barcelona” instead for an easier identification.
