Even with an account created the website drops my details and I had to make an additional order as a guest. This has happened twice.

Watch arrived without engraving which couldn't be rectified in time for my husbands birthday (watch was gift) I was offered a complimentary gift which never arrived. I emailed twice and was ignored. Appealing customer service. Would not use again.
