Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewReally impressed. Ordered skis and bindings to the UK. Before ordering I was worried about extra import costs etc. and so phoned glisshop customer services. I was only on hold for about 20 seconds before being reassured, in very good English, that all costs were included in the delivery fee so went for it. Didn’t have any extra costs and skis came all set up the following week. Very happy and looking forward to trying out my new skis!
