Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewI order from the U.K. without any VAT and import duty issue (value above £200). I made a mistake when ordering an item and have to pay for the return postage as expected. Glisshop proceeded with the refund promptly right after received the returned item. My pleasure to shop with.
