Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ended up having to cancel my order as it was almost three weeks late without any explanation, and kept having to call for updates wherein the company would realise the parcel was still in their warehouse, or was actually being returned to them.
