Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewIt was not made clear that glissops is in France ,so return postage was astronomical. Not at all happy with the way I was treated throughout the return process,very unsure if it would even be accepted.will never order from them again !
