Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Your parcel has been shipped on the 9th of december and it seems that DPD had some issues with the shipping so it was returned to us on the 26th of december.
