Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

I contacted glisshop and they immediately arranged for the skis to be collected and a new pair sent out. Their communication through out was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
