Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.
"Superb service again. Great price on a pair of skis, well mounted and super fast delivery"

Verified reviewBrit buys skis. Gets them delivered to hotel in Dolomites, Italy. Avoids Brexit/customs issues. There for the holiday, saving ski carriage out - so skis will pay for themselves in two holidays

Verified reviewGood customer orientation, friendly and helpful service. There was an issue with the reservation process which was likely due to the payment method used. It was sorted out after a bit of confusion. There is room for improvement on this front.

Verified reviewGood but beware that their returns department is in France, not the UK, so if you need to return something it will be very expensive.

Verified reviewVery easy to deal with. Website is explicit in explaining that there will not be any additional fees, customs duties, etc to pay on delivery, which is far better than many competitors manage. Price was as competitive as ever and delivery was ahead of schedule. What’s not to like?
