Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.
"Superb service again. Great price on a pair of skis, well mounted and super fast delivery"

Verified reviewI ordered a pair of heated gloves for my son as a Christmas present and although I only ordered them in mid December I received them from France in plenty of time. My son is delighted with his gloves and I would have no hesitation in using your service again.

Verified reviewthis was my third order, the second and this was a case of overlapping emails and bad timing, the first order was for a set of Scott skis which they can't sell to the UK, a note on the item about this would have saved the hassle of ordering then cancelling and looking again. Having said that the staff I dealt with were great, understanding and gave good advice, I would have no problem using them again.
