Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

We replied to you on the 07th of february and we invited you to place a request online so our after-sales service can take care of the goggles. If you want, you can still place the request. For that, you will need to log in to your account, click on ""My orders"" then click on the order and ""return/problem with my product"" and finally you will have to follow the step to validate the request.
