Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewDelivered as indicated. The delivery charges to the UK are not insubstantial but they are clearly indicated at the checkout. I understand that Glisshop is located in France and I have only ordered items that I knew I would not require to return. I'm not sure that I would order if I wasn't so sure. However, Glisshop does appear to retain stock that is not available in other outlets, which has proven very useful.
