Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewThe customer service is great, I ordered a new pair of goggles for my husband and when he first tried them on he didn't feel they fit right. I contacted Glisshop customer services to find out if I could order a different size. They were really helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Thankfully my husband decided the goggles did fit ok and we didn't need to change anything, but the fact that Glisshop were ready to help was great.

Verified reviewMy only comment is that it is not clear that Glisshop.co.uk is not a uk company. The goods are sent from France - and DPD and its French arm took nearly a week to deliver.
