Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewThe Glisshop have always had a well laid out website, easy to navigate and good prices. Prices include all the charges to UK (which is handy) and their delivery has always been, quick and they always keep you up to date. The last 2 deliveries have been with DPD who are excellent. Would highly recommend this website

Verified reviewNever received order. Not a UK based company, and items got lost in international post. Response time from customer support was very slow. Had to chase several times. Took too long to get refund.
