Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewBought as a gift for my husband, so can't comment on the skiing goggles themselves. However, the convenience and speed of shopping with Glissop was brilliant thank-you.

Verified reviewI was worried about ordering from France and limited reviews - products all arrived as described and look great. Arrived in the time they said they would or maybe a bit quicker. I haven’t needed to return anything so can’t comment on this
