Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Despite coming from France to the uk, they always arrive on time and in perfect condition. Glisshop is always my go to store when I decide to buy something, especially for skiing as their prices are very reasonable and have never let me down. A first class service

Slight delivery issue with EVRI but not fault of Glishop. Emails were answered same day. Overall, very impressed would highly recommend.
