Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewThis is the second time I have ordered these boots from Glisshop. The first time the UK courier lost the package and Glisshop gave me a refund for the item. (But not for the postage, so I guess the couriers still got paid ?) Now I have re-ordered and actually got the product. In total it took about 2 months; 6 weeks to get to the point of giving up on the courier on the first order. (And you may have seen that first review for these.) a little time to get a refund and then re-order the exact same product. 1 week for the order to arrive the second time. But I am pleased that I now have the product.
