Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewItem as described and very well packaged. Only criticism was that they ship to the uk only one or two days a week. So i had to wait a while before it dispatched. Once Evri got the item it was with me very quickly. I did message Glissshop to which they replied promptly with an explanation (regarding the dispatch delay). I would definitely use again .

Both items were dispatched in the same parcel and it would seem that one of the items went missing in transit. We contacted the carrier EVRi to open an investigation and you received a refund for the item on 26 March as we no longer had the product in stock. For your information, we now collaborate with Royal Mail/Parcelforce for deliveries to the UK for a more reliable service. Best regards The Glisshop team
