Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewThis was my 2nd time ordering from Glissop, so that's a good start. I find the website shows a lot of detail about the sunglasses I wanted to buy, so I could take time and find the right shade and sun protection. I do find the glasses to be very competitively priced and I trust the authenticity and quality of what is on offer. I spoke to William Eiras concerning an identical pair of glasses on an alternative site, he was happy to price match, so the purchase was even more rewarding. I hope to continue purchasing from Glissop and I value their service.

Verified reviewNo issue with this company at all, France located and all the import duties and taxes are already part of the price. Be aware shipping will take longer as it is based in Europe. Best price found online for what I wanted. Their catalogue is also huge! Overall very good and happy with my purchase.
