Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Verified reviewVery happy with the purchase process, I could select the skis and bindings I wanted from a wide range for what was a very competitive price, delivered. They arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition - without any additional duties and tax costs as I am outside of the EU (which is what Glisshop would be the case). They bindings are set correctly for my boots and the DIN is also set correctly for me. My only observations would be, I was advised to check the goods whilst the courier waited, and he refused to do (but the packaging was pristine). Also, the courier just turned up without any notification when he was coming but this wasn't a problem.
