Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

We contacted the carrier once you had notified us of the problem but the item could not be located. We issued a refund for the missing item on 6 June. Best regards The Glisshop Team
